The $3.7billion RRL Project required train replacement services on three lines (Ballarat, Bendigo and Geelong) during 4.5 years of planned “Occupations” for engineering works.

Our approach
Our highly experienced Project Management Team developed the plan worked with V/Line to develop the plan, engage the coach operators, on-ground supervisory and operations staff; to develop and implement a leading-edge Coach Reservations System using a “One-Stop Shop” approach to delivering 43 rail closures replacement.
