Project Description
This Project required extensive coach transfer services across Brisbane and the Gold Coast for a 4 day international event which was one of the largest conventions held in Australia in recent years.
How we solved it
Our approach
As Event Manager, working with McCormick Rankin and Cagney as project managers for Rotary International Inc. (‘RI’) to develop the overall transport and coach management plans including extensive work with State and Local Authorities; Queensland Police; Queensland Transport; Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre; etc. The transport arrangements were rated by RI as amongst the ‘best ever’ for their International Conventions.
