Project Description
This Project required coach transfer services across the full span of the Sunshine Coast for a 21 day period of high security operations, which included delegates, VIP’s, media and a large component form the Queensland Police Service.
How we solved it
Our approach
As Event Manager, working with CHOGM 2002 Task Force and sub-contracted bus operators to develop the complete bus plan including staging points, communications strategy, an extensive security operation and finally, the delivery of a highly successful transport outcome.
