This Project required coach transfer services for all aspects of the Games including all shuttle buses and coaches, specialty charters and door-to-door airport transfers.
How we solved it
Our approach
As Event Manager, working with Games organizers and sub-contracted bus operators to develop the complete bus plan including coach depot, Transport Operations Centre, staging points, communications strategy, bus route planning and scheduling, and delivery of a highly successful transport outcome.
