To provide bus transfer services between Lara Rail Station and Avalon Airport over a 7 day period for the International Airshow.
How we solved it
Our approach
As Event Manager, working with PTV, V/Line and sub-contracted bus operators to develop the bus plan including staging points, communications strategy, and security protocols which delivered highly successful transport outcomes.
